Abstract:
A fluid velocity measuring method. During the measurement, the propagation velocity of ultrasonic waves in the measured fluid is not used, and only the time (T1, T2) of propagating ultrasonic signals of two ultrasonic transducers (10, 20) when passing through the measured fluid is measured; even if under different fluid conditions, such as the natural gas of a different component, different temperature etc., the actual velocity value or flow value of the measured fluid can be obtained without the influence of the actual propagation velocity of ultrasonic waves, ensuring accuracy of measurement. Also disclosed are a fluid metering method and a flowmeter.
