Abstract:

The present invention relates to a food container having a nanostructured hydrophobic surface and a manufacturing method thereof, wherein a food container made of a plastic material comprises: a plurality of nanostructures formed on a surface of said food container; and a first hydrophobic thin film coated on an upper side of said surface on which said nanostructures are formed. According to the present invention, the food container having the nanostructured hydrophobic surface and the manufacturing method thereof can have a superior gas barrier property in addition to a hydrophobic property.
