Title:
FOOTWEAR WITH ELECTRONIC DEVICE
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/1995/005760
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
The invention relates to any kind of footwear to which is attached or incorporated an electronic measuring device with display, with optical and acoustic signalling devices, with a solar or chemical battery, connected to one or more sensors or to a mercury switch and optionally to a transmitter connected to an external transmitter. The sensors or the mercury switch respectively send information to the electronic device, which processes and displays them. Information refers to the number of steps and distance covered, speed and duration of the movement, total distance covered and total time of using the footwear, the mass of the user, his pulse, his blood pressure, the human body temperature, the temperature of the environment, the difference between the environment and the human body temperatures, humidity inside and outside the footwear, the aggressiveness of the environment exceeding the constructive limit of footwear in contact with acid or basic medium, the radioactivity of the environment over its admissible limits, biocurrents, the energetic state and type of the user's body.
