Abstract:
A forgery-preventing printed matter includes a base material on which a predetermined image containing n areas (n is an integer not smaller than 3) is formed. The n areas are defined as a first area, a second area, a third area, ..., (n-1)-th area, and n-th area. The second area is formed in such a manner that at least a part of the first area is adjacent to or in the proximity of the second area; the third area is formed in such a manner that at least a part of the second area is adjacent to or in the proximity of the third area; ...; and the n-th area is formed in such a manner that at least a part of the (n-1)-th area is adjacent to or in the proximity of the n-th area. The n areas are composed of parallel line tints of imitation die stamping formed by gloss ink. The arrangement directions of the parallel line tints are different between the first area, the second area, the third area, ..., the (n-1)-th area, and the n-th area.
