A forming machine for shoemaking includes a chassis (1), a conveyer belt (7) provided on the chassis (1) and one or plural shoe racks (3) fixed to the conveyer belt (7). The shoe racks can convey and circulate along with the conveyer belt (7). The shoe racks (3) can be fixed on the conveyer belt (7) by welding or riveting.
