Abstract:
Disclosed is a very lightweight and rigid frame structure for mounting a vehicle battery module in a vehicle. The frame structure comprises: a pair of lateral side frames which are fixed along vehicle side members extending in the front-to-rear direction of the vehicle on both sides of the vehicle in the width direction; a front frame which is provided between the front end parts of the lateral side frames; a rear frame which is provided between the rear end parts of the lateral side frames; and a base frame which is provided between the front frame and the rear frame. The frame structure further comprises a front mounting frame for fixedly mounting the front side of a battery module at the front side of the base frame, and a rear mounting frame for mounting the rear side of the battery module at the rear side, the front and rear mounting frames each lying in the width direction of the vehicle.
