Abstract:

A fuel cell system determines estimated startup time of a fuel cell (13) based on the following: a fuel cell (13), load value detecting means (16) for detecting a load value of an electric power load or heat load produced by an object (14) to which power from the fuel cell system is supplied, load value storing means (17) for storing a history of the load value detected by the load value detecting means (16), load value estimating means (18) for estimating a load value likely to occur afterward based on the history of the load value and storing the estimated load value as load value data, and the load value data.
