A first member (10) includes: a first tube portion (11) internally forming a portion of a fuel flow passage (Rf2); a first end portion (111); a first joining surface (112) formed on one end surface of the first tube portion (11); and a first increased internal diameter portion (113) which is formed on the side of the first end portion (111) of the first tube portion (11) that is opposite to the first joining surface (112), and which has an internal diameter that is greater than the internal diameter of the first end portion (111). A second member (20) includes: a second tube portion (22); a second end portion (221); a second joining surface (222) which is formed on one end surface of the second tube portion (22) and which is joined to the first joining surface (112); and a second increased internal diameter portion (223) which is formed on the side of the second end portion (221) of the second tube portion (22) that is opposite to the second joining surface (222), and which has an internal diameter that is greater than the internal diameter of the second end portion (221). A melted portion (M5) is formed with an annular shape in such a way as to extend from a radially outer side to a radially inner side of the first joining surface (112) and the second joining surface (222), by melting the first tube portion (11) and the second tube portion (22).
