Abstract:
A full-automatic drying and screening device, comprising: a box body, the box body comprising an upper box body (10) and a lower box body (11), the inner wall of the upper box body (10) being provided with an interlayer (12), the inner wall of the interlayer (12) being provided with a plurality of first air outlet holes (13), and the lower box body (11) comprising a first air outlet channel (14) and a second air outlet channel (15); and a heat supply element (16), the heat supply element (16) having an air outlet, and the air outlet being in communication with both the first air outlet channel (14) and the second air outlet channel (15). The heat supply element (16) is capable of generating hot air, a part of the hot air flowing into the first air outlet channel (14) by means of the air outlet, then flowing into the interlayer (12) from the first air outlet channel (14), and flowing into an inner chamber by means of the plurality of first air outlet holes (13), and the other part of the hot air flowing into the second air outlet channel (15) by means of the air outlet, and then flowing into the inner chamber by means of the second air outlet channel (15). The full-automatic drying and screening device can solve the problem of low drying efficiency caused by relatively poor air fluidity of existing Chinese prickly ash production apparatuses.
