Abstract:
The present invention relates to a full-body stretching apparatus enabling the stretching and rehabilitation of all the joints of the body, the apparatus comprising: a seat plate; a rotating plate rotatably disposed on one side of the seat plate; a rotating bar rotatably provided on one side of the seat plate and extended to a predetermined length; a rolling bar provided in the direction orthogonal to the rotating bar so as to be rollable, and provided on the rotating bar while the position thereof varies in a longitudinal direction by means of a variable adjustment means; and a forward and reverse driving part which is connected to the rotating bar, and which forwardly and reversely rotates the rotating bar within a set angle range.
