Abstract:
A fully-automatic accuracy compensation mechanism for a two-way flanging machine, the accuracy compensation mechanism comprising an upper die X-direction fine adjustment component (40), an upper die Y-direction fine adjustment component (50), a lower die X-direction fine adjustment component (60) and a lower die Y-direction fine adjustment component (70), wherein each fine adjustment component comprises N adjustment screw sleeves (72), N adjustment screws (73) and a screw sleeve rotation driving apparatus; the N adjustment screw sleeves (72) are in threaded connection in an upper opening (11) or a lower opening (12) of a C-shaped flange beam (10) in the length direction of an upper die (20) or a lower die (30); N threaded pairs (74) with a pitch P1 are formed between outer wall surfaces of the N adjustment screw sleeves (72) and the upper opening (11) or the lower opening (12) of the C-shaped flange beam (10); each of the N adjustment screw sleeves (72) is internally in threaded connection with one adjustment screw (73), and a tip of the adjustment screw (73) is in threaded connection in the upper die (20) or the lower die (30); and N threaded pairs (75) with a pitch P2 are formed between inner wall surfaces of the N adjustment screw sleeves (72) and the upper die (20) or the lower die (30), where P1>P2.
