Abstract:
Disclosed is a fully automatic face mask production line, comprising a face mask material feeding device, a folding device, a nose wire feeding device, a face mask main body formation device, a face mask overturning and conveying device, an ear loop welding device and a collecting device, wherein the face mask material feeding device is adjacent to the folding device, the nose wire feeding device is adjacent to the folding device, a feeding end of the face mask main body formation device is opposite both the nose wire feeding device and the folding device, the face mask overturning and conveying device is adjacent to the face mask main body formation device, and the ear loop welding device and the collecting device are respectively arranged on a conveying path and a conveying end of the face mask overturning and conveying device. In the production line, the face mask material feeding device, the folding device, the nose wire feeding device, the face mask main body formation device, the face mask overturning and conveying device, the ear loop welding device and the collecting device are arranged in a cooperative manner, such that multiple procedures for face mask production are consecutively carried out, the one-step formation of masks is achieved, and the production efficiency of the face masks is guaranteed.
