Title:
GENE ANALYSIS SYSTEM
Document Type and Number:
WIPO Patent Application WO/2016/162997
Kind Code:
A1
Abstract:
In order to interpret an arbitrary sequence region in many genes contained in many cells, it is needed to digest a nucleic acid into fragments and then introduce a sequence that is different from one cell to another cell into each of the fragments. However, in the conventional constitutions for analyzing many cells, there is a problem that the contamination by digested fragments among zones may occur before the introduction of a tag sequence inherent in each of the zones. The present invention provides a system for capturing a nucleic acid extracted from a cell in each of multiple zones on a substrate and then synthesizing complementary DNA (cDNA) to the nucleic acid in each of the zones, said system being equipped with a means for immediately introducing a tag sequence inherent in each of the zones into a reaction product.
