Abstract:
The present application relates to a genetic engineering drug for treating inflammatory arthritis and a preparation method therefor. Specifically, the present application provides a use of an A20 protein or a functional active fragment thereof and/or a nucleic acid encoding the A20 protein or the functional active fragment thereof in the preparation of a drug for preventing, treating and/or relieving inflammatory arthritis, and an adeno-associated virus vector containing the nucleic acid. The inflammatory arthritis comprises rheumatoid arthritis.
