Abstract:

A maltilayered LC multiple component being composed of a glass ceramics composition, which is excellent in packaging reliability especially in relation to a resin substrate and in electric properties at a high frequency and can be produced with ease, and internal electrodes containing silver or copper as a main component. The glass ceramics composition comprises 45 to 35 wt % of a forsterite powder and 55 to 65 wt % of a glass powder, wherein the glass powder comprises 40 to 50 wt % of SiO¿2?, 30 to 40 wt % of BaO, 3 to 8 wt % of Al¿2?O¿3?, 8 to 12 wt % of La¿2?O¿3? and 3 to 6 wt % of B¿2?O¿3?. It has a high bending strength and an appropriately high thermal expansion coefficient and can easily form a green sheet, and also can be sintered tightly at a temperature less than 950 °C.
