Abstract:

A glass substrate corner processing device is disclosed. A glass substrate corner processing device according to an embodiment of the present invention is a device for processing a corner of a glass substrate, the device comprising: a concurrent heating unit capable of applying heat to a processed corner of a glass substrate; a power supply capable of supplying power to the concurrent heating unit; and a concurrent heating unit support body that supports the concurrent heating unit. The device can decrease thermal stress occurring in the corner processed portion of the glass substrate.
