Abstract:
A glass substrate (12) pick up and place device, comprising: a carrier support (110) for bearing the glass substrate (12), a first stop block (111) fixedly disposed on the bearing support (110), and a second stop block (112) movably disposed on the bearing support (110), the first stop block (111) being used to conduct reference positioning on the glass substrate (12), and the second stop block (112) being used to fix the glass substrate (12) by being moved to the bearing support (110). The device greatly reduces the shifting risk of the glass substrate (12), and reduces damage to the glass substrate (12), thus reducing manufacturing costs.
