Abstract:
Provided is a graphene grid that is capable of, for example in a structural analysis or the like using a cryogenic electron microscope, reducing or preventing occurrence of uneven orientation, uneven distribution, and the like of a structural analysis target substance, and that is capable of capturing the structural analysis target substance with high efficiency to enable the structural analysis of the structural analysis target substance to be performed with high resolution. In order to achieve the purpose, the graphene grid according to the present invention is characterized by having a structure in which a functional group including a silicon atom and/or a phosphorus atom is introduced in the graphene surface.
