Abstract:
The present invention relates to a grass preservation system using vegetation identification through multispectral image information and a grass preservation method using the same system, the system comprising: an unmanned aerial vehicle, which can fly and capture a multi-spectral image; a pre-processing unit, which can correct an irregular spectrum in the multispectral image captured by means of the unmanned aerial vehicle; a post-processing unit for turning the multispectral image into an ortho-image processed into continuous images; and a vegetation analysis unit, which analyzes a vegetation index of grass through the ortho-image so that vegetation density, vitality, chlorophyll changes, crop health, nutrient stress, disease, growth and aging can be quantified by means of the vegetation index, wherein the vegetation analysis unit enables the grass vegetation index to be analyzed through a calculation formula according to a first vegetation index combination and a calculation formula according to a second vegetation index combination.
