Abstract:
The invention provides a non−water−rub−offset gravure printing ink composition having good printability. Polymeric binders and adjuncts used in this composition are also provided, including modified phenolic resin binders, oil soluble phenolic resin binders, water soluble modified alkyd resin binders, modified alkyd resin binders unsaturated polyester resin binders, polyurethane resin binders, rosins and derivatives thereof, polyol ester resin binders, epoxy resin binders, mixed waxs, high boiling point solvents, etc. The ink composition of the invention features by the stability of performance on the gravure printer, good printability, the ability of effectively reducing the contents of sodium hydroxide and alizarin oil in water−rub liquid, tolerant requirements on printing conditions, low environmental hazards, etc.
