Abstract:
Provided are a group transfer method for the selective modification of a target protein and the use thereof. According to the group transfer method for the selective modification of a target protein, a target protein is modified efficiently and selectively on the basis of a group transfer reaction of a sulfur salt center. A cell immunofluorescence imaging experiment carried out on the basis of the method proves that the transfer reaction selectivity provided by means of the above-mentioned modification method can be carried out on the surface of a cell membrane, thereby realizing imaging of a cell membrane pattern.
