Abstract:
Provided are a health management assistance device, a health management assistance method, a health management assistance terminal, and a health management assistance system which can be utilized by a plurality of people. This health management assistance device is provided with a user information acquiring unit, a purchased food product information acquiring unit, an ingested nutrition estimating unit, a nutritional state estimating unit, and an output unit, wherein: the user information acquiring unit acquires food product ingestion proportion information relating to a user and to a member associated with the user; the food product ingestion proportion information is information defining, for the same food product, the proportion ingested by the user, and the proportion ingested by the member; the purchased food product information acquiring unit acquires purchased food product information relating to the user; the purchased food product information includes information enabling purchased food products purchased by the user to be estimated; the ingested nutrition estimating unit estimates nutritional components ingested by the user and nutritional components ingested by the member, from the purchased food product information and the food product intake proportion information; the nutritional state estimating unit estimates the nutritional state of the user and the nutritional state of the member, from the nutritional components ingested by the user and the nutritional components ingested by the member, and reference values of ingested nutritional components; and the output unit outputs the nutritional state of the user and the nutritional state of the member.
