Abstract:
This heat exchanger comprises: a heat exchange body which has a plurality of flat tubes that are arranged in the horizontal direction with intervals therebetween; an upper header which is provided to an upper end part of the heat exchange body; a lower header which is provided to a lower end part of the heat exchange body; an inflow part which is provided to one end of the lower header, and into which a refrigerant flows during function as an evaporator; and a partition plate which partitions the inside of the lower header into a plurality of spaces in the horizontal direction. The lower header has therein at least one lower distribution space for distributing the refrigerant during function as an evaporator. One lower distribution space is a first lower distribution space which is positioned furthest upstream in the flow of the refrigerant during function as an evaporator. Provided to the first lower distribution space is at least one suppression plate that protrudes upward from a bottom part of the lower header and suppresses the flow of the refrigerant. One suppression plate is provided between the inflow part and the flat tube furthest to the inflow part side in the horizontal direction of the first lower distribution space.
