Abstract:
This heat exchanger is provided with: an air flow path (45) in which internal air circulates; a heat storage unit (41) which is thermally connected to the air flow path, and which stores cold; and a refrigerant flow path (46) which is thermally connected to both the air flow path and the heat storage unit, and in which a refrigerant circulates. The heat exchanger performs heat exchange between the internal air and the refrigerant. The heat storage unit changes to a first solid phase state in cases when the temperature thereof is equal to or less than a phase transition temperature, and changes to a second solid phase state in cases when the temperature thereof is higher than the phase transition temperature. The heat storage unit stores or dissipates heat in accordance with the phase change between the first phase state and the second phase state. The refrigerant flow path is integrally formed inside the heat storage unit.
