Abstract:
A hexagonal boron nitride powder according to the present invention has an average major diameter (L50) of 3-20 μm and an average thickness (T50) of 0.3-2 μm, is such that (L90-L10)/L50 is 2.0 or less and (T90-T10)/T50 is 2.0 or less, has an average aspect ratio of 10-30 and a dynamic friction coefficient (MIU) of 0.50 or less, and is such that the value of variation (MMD) in the dynamic friction coefficient is 0.0050 or less. The mirror reflection intensity of the hexagonal boron nitride powder is 80 or greater when measured using a goniophotometer at an angle of incident light of 60°.
