Abstract:

Hexahydronaphtoimidazothiazoles represented by following general formula (I); (FORMULA) (wherein X represents hydrogen or halogen and m and n each differently represents 0 or 1), and the acid addition salts thereof. A process for preparing the compounds represented by general formula (I) comprises reacting a tetrahydronaphthoimidazoline-2-thione represented by the following general formula (II); (FORMULA) (wherein X represents hydrogen or halogen) with a compound represented by the following general formula (III); (FORMULA) (wherein Y and Z are the same or different from each other, and each represents halogen, arenesulfonyloxy, or alkanesulfonyloxy group). These compounds show immunity-activating properties.
