Abstract:
Disclosed is a high-entropy material used for manufacturing sports equipment. The general formula of said material is FeaNibAlcTidXeYf; 30≤a≤35, 28≤b≤30, 10≤c≤20, 5≤d≤15, 0≤ e≤ 20 and 0.5≤f≤1; X is one or a combination of two or more among Co, Ta, Nb, Cr, or W; and Y is one or a combination of two or more among La, Ce, Pr, Nd, Sm, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, or Tm. In the present invention, by optimizing alloy composition, the high-entropy material exhibits advantages compared to conventional alloys, and simultaneously features performance characteristics such as high strength, high hardness, resistance to tempering and softening and wear resistance. Moreover, the high-entropy material is suitable for preparing sports equipment such as support structure components and racquets.
