Abstract:
Provided in the present invention is a high-temperature-resistant, bending-resistant and wear-resistant reeling flat cable for a variable frequency device. The high-temperature-resistant, bending-resistant and wear-resistant reeling flat cable comprises: two control cables, each control cable comprising a first thin and flexible steel wire rope located in the middle, eight control cable cores, and a cable core shielding layer, which covers the first thin and flexible steel wire rope and the eight control cable cores; and a variable frequency cable I, which comprises three variable frequency power wire cores, three ground wire cores, and a cable core shielding layer, which covers the three variable frequency power wire cores and the three ground wire cores. In the present invention, two variable frequency cables are provided, and variable frequency cable cores both use a 3+3 structure, and are externally provided with tinned copper wire braided layers, which have a density not less than 85%, such that the cable has strong voltage impact resistance, can withstand a pulse voltage during high-speed frequent frequency conversion, have a good protection effect on a variable-frequency electric apparatus, and have the advantages of saving energy and prolonging the service life and maintenance period of an electric motor. In addition, the cable has excellent performances such as tensile strength and bending resistance by means of the special structural design of the cable.
