Abstract:
The present invention relates to the field of carbon fiber prepregs, and particularly relates to a high-temperature-resistant prepreg for producing a carbon fiber composite material, and a preparation method therefor, which are used for solving the problems of poor high-temperature resistance in existing carbon fiber prepregs and the poor mechanical properties thereof due to poor bonding between a resin matrix and carbon fibers of the carbon fiber prepreg. In the preparation method, by using modified carbon fibers and an epoxy resin composition as main raw materials, interface bonding between the modified carbon fibers and the epoxy resin composition is good, thus ensuring good mechanical properties of the prepared high-temperature-resistant prepreg; in addition, the epoxy resin composition is formed by mixing epoxy resin E-51 and a high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin, and the high-temperature-resistant epoxy resin has good high-temperature resistance, such that the prepared high-temperature-resistant prepreg is endowed with good high-temperature resistance.
