Abstract:
A high water content waste slurry dewatering/brick-making integrated system and an implementation method, comprising: a slurry pool (1), a real-time slurry density detection system (2), a slurry density unified treatment system (3), a pharmaceutical agent addition system (4), a dewatering pressure-filtration brick-making system (5), and all of the systems are connected through a slurry conveying pipeline (6); a system operating mode comprises: continuously homogenizing different densities of engineering waste slurries; continuously dewatering and reducing the waste slurry while simultaneously preparing non-fired brick; the system performing real-time slurry density monitoring and homogenization treatment, and treated slurry undergoing pharmaceutical agent mixture treatment in the pharmaceutical agent addition system; following pharmaceutical agent treatment, the slurry entering the dewatering pressure-filtration brick-making system (5) and being subjected to pressure filtration, dewatering and brick-making treatment; achieved are high-efficiency slurry reduction while simultaneously converting slurry into non-fired bricks having a controllable quality; the overall device is simple and convenient to operate, and achieves efficient reduction and recycling of waste slurry having high water content.
