Abstract:
Disclosed is a highly stable material used for producing synthesis gas. A structural formula thereof is A(FexMn1-x)O3, A being at least one of Gd, Sm, Ba and Sr, and 0≤x≤1. Also disclosed is a preparation method for the highly stable material, comprising the following steps: (1) dissolving a metal nitrate compound in water, adding an organic substance, adjusting the pH value, and stirring to obtain a gel; putting the gel into an electric furnace to burn and obtain a precursor of powder; putting the precursor of powder into a muffle furnace, and maintaining a temperature of 950-1050°C for 8-12h to obtain phase powder; (2) putting the phase powder into a mold, and exerting a pressure for molding to obtain a green base; and putting the green base into a furnace, and maintaining a temperature of 1150-1300°C for 8-12h. The preparation method of the present invention is simple in a process and low in a cost, and facilitates industrial large-scale production. The material that is prepared can be stably operated for a long period of time in a reductive operation atmosphere.
