Abstract:
A homomorphic computing device according to the present invention homomorphically computes encrypted plain text without decrypting encrypted text that has been encrypted by homomorphic encryption, and said homomorphic computing device comprises: a computation key storage unit that stores a computation key for implementing homomorphic computation without decrypting encrypted text; a logic gate computing unit that uses the computation key to subject encrypted plain text to logic gate homomorphic computation; and a three-input addition unit that uses two encrypted numerical values and one 1-bit numerical value as input, and that is configured such that homomorphic computation executed by the logic gate computing unit is used in place of a logic gate included in an addition circuit configured so as to connect all adders in series.
