Abstract:
Provided is a hood structure for a vehicle, the hood structure including an outer panel (3) that forms the outer surface of a front hood (1), an inner panel (5) that forms the inner surface of the front hood (1), and a striker (9) that locks a front end part of the front hood to a vehicle body, wherein a step part (23) which extends in the transverse direction of the vehicle and in which the surface of the inner panel is formed in a step shape toward the outer panel is provided behind a striker attachment part (13), and the hood structure comprises lengthwise beads (25, 27) each of which is provided on each side of the striker attachment part of the inner panel in the transverse direction of the vehicle and which extend in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle so as to cross a ridgeline (R2) of the step part or an extension of the ridgeline, and crosswise beads (29, 31) which are provided inside the lengthwise beads and which extend in the transverse direction of the vehicle so as to connect the side walls of the lengthwise beads.
