Abstract:
Provided is an illumination device making it possible to curb unevenness in the brightness of an illuminated member, without the use of a diffusing lens. This illumination device (10) is provided with a plurality of light-emitting elements (11), and a mounting board (12) onto which the plurality of light-emitting elements are mounted. The mounting board has a plurality of inclined surfaces (12a) inclined with respect to a display panel (2), and the light-emitting elements are mounted onto two inclined surfaces of the mounting board.
