Abstract:
According to the disclosure of the present document, whether lossless coding is used or not is determined, and when, on the basis of the result of the determination, lossless coding is used, syntax elements according to a transform skip residual coding (TSRC) syntax structure are parsed for a current block, whereby the coding efficiency and complexity of residual coding can be reduced.
