Abstract:
The time information and function information of image forming processings as terminated are recorded in a recording part (64) (S1). It is determined whether a transition time, which is set for those information in the recording part (64) whose elapsed times from the termination time point to the current time point are within a predetermined time, is zero or not (S6). The time point (T) obtained by adding the transition time to the termination time point of the image forming processings is calculated (S7). The time point (T) is compared with time point information (Tmax) (S8). If the calculated time point (T) is later than the time point information (Tmax), then the time point information (Tmax) is updated by use of the time point (T) (S9). These steps (S6 to S9) are repetitively executed, and the latest time point is used as the time point information (Tmax). When a counter (66) times the time point information (Tmax), the power saving mode is entered.
