Abstract:
Provided is an image processing device for forming an image of a measurement subject by using a camera and determining the acceptability of the measurement subject on the basis of the imaging data. The image processing device is provided with a mirror, between the measurement subject and the camera, for showing a mirror image of the measurement subject. The mirror is arranged in the vertical direction of the measurement subject, and the mirror image is obtained by the camera. The image processing device is also provided with an actuator for advancing the mirror from the standby position to the inspection position at which the mirror image of the measurement subject is shown, and retracting the mirror from the inspection position to the standby position. It is thereby possible to form the vertical-direction image using the camera, and reduce the load on the worker and enhance the inspection accuracy, even in an instance in which it is difficult to photograph the measurement subject from a vertical direction due to problems with space, as with an apex joint or the like.
