Abstract:
Disclosed in the present application are an image processing method and a related apparatus, which are applied to an artificial intelligence (AI) image processing system. An AI image processing system comprises a plurality of computation devices, remote direct memory access (RDMA) connection being established among the plurality of computation devices, and memories of the plurality of computation devices forming a shared memory of the AI image processing system. A second computation device receives a first processing result from a first computation device by means of the RDMA connection, the first processing result being generated by the first computation device according to a target image; by means of the RDMA connection, the second computation device acquires the target image from the shared memory; and, according to the first processing result and the target image, the second computation device generates a second processing result. In the present application, a complete image processing task is allocated to a plurality of different computation devices to be completed, and resources of the plurality of computation devices are used for cooperative processing, so that all tasks are no longer independently completed by one computation device, thereby reducing the computation power overhead of a single computation device, achieving load balancing, and improving the processing performance.
