Abstract:
Provided are an image rendering and encoding method, and a related apparatus. The method comprises: firstly, a first processor sending, to a second processor, data to be rendered; next, instructing the second processor to perform rendering according to said data, so as to obtain data of a first format, wherein the data of the first format is stored in a first storage space of the second processor; the first processor instructing the second processor to convert the data of the first format into data of a second format, and instructing the second processor to encode the data of the second format into data of a third format, wherein the data capacity of the data of the third format is smaller than the data capacity of the data of the second format; and then, sending the data of the third format to a client. By means of the embodiments of the present invention, the efficiency of image rendering and encoding can be improved.
