Abstract:
[Problem] To provide an imaging device capable of suppressing image quality deterioration. [Solution] This imaging device is provided with a plurality of pixels arranged in a matrix shape. Each of the plurality of pixels has: a photoelectric conversion unit for performing photoelectric conversion of incident light; a discharge transistor for discharging charges photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion unit; a transfer transistor for transferring charges photoelectrically converted by the photoelectric conversion unit; a floating diffusion for temporarily holding charges transferred from the transfer transistor; a reset transistor for resetting the potential of the floating diffusion; a first capacitive element, one end of which is connected to the photoelectric conversion unit, the discharge transistor, and the transfer transistor, and the other end of which is connected to a power supply line to which a reset voltage for discharging charges from the photoelectric conversion unit to the discharge transistor is applied; and, a second capacitive element, one end of which is connected to the floating diffusion, and the other end of which is connected to the power supply line in common with the other end of the first capacitive element.
