Abstract:
An imitation marble texture true through-body ceramic tile automated production preparation method, going through the steps of material pre-distribution, secondary material distribution, forming, support tagging, and identification and printing, thereby realizing continuous, efficient and automated production. Secondary material distribution is performed by means of a through-body material distribution apparatus, the through-body material distribution apparatus comprising a separation unit and a filling unit, the separation unit being used to separate through-body grooves in the base powder material corresponding to vein lines, the depth of the through-body groove being identical to the thickness of the base powder material, and the filling unit being used to fill a corresponding through-body powder material into the through-body grooves. Using support tagging, then identification and printing, ensures accuracy of through-body ceramic tile production. The use of a secondary material distribution ensures multiple variations in the texture effects in blank body layers, and also ensures consistency with glaze-layer texture effects.
