Abstract:
The present invention related to an improved foaming device for coffee machine,
which includes a nozzle and a baffle, said nozzle has an orifice in the horizontal
direction, said baffle is positioned at the front of said orifice so as to be collided
by the coffee stream from the orifice. Because the baffle is in the atmosphere,
the coffee stream ejected from the nozzle can be sufficiently foamed by mixing
with air. Thus even in a low pressure, foam can be made steadily.
