The present invention relates to a method for supporting a cloud service and, particularly, to an improved security function-based cloud service system, a service device and a terminal constituting the system, and a method for supporting the same, and the improved security function-based cloud service system comprises: a terminal which performs secure authentication on the basis of encoded information provided by a trusted platform when the trusted platform is installed and normal authentication on the basis of previously registered ID and password information, and which receives support for a cloud service according to the secure authentication and the normal authentication; and a cloud service device which completes the normal authentication and the secure authentication with the terminal having the trusted platform installed therein, and which provides the preset cloud service to the terminal.
