Improvements of affine prediction mode are described. In one example, a method for video processing is disclosed. The method includes: deriving for a current block, using motion information related to a first reference picture from a single reference picture list, motion information related to a second reference picture from another reference picture list different from the single reference list; and performing a video processing on the current block based on the motion information related to the first reference picture and the motion information related to the second reference picture..
