Abstract:
An information entry guiding method, comprising: when an information entry instruction is monitored, displaying an information entry interface according to the information entry instruction, acquiring the device screen size, and according to the device screen size, determining a presentation mode for a field format example (S101); and when it is monitored that an information entry box in the information entry interface is touch-controlled, according to a reminder field in the touch-controlled information entry box, acquiring a corresponding field format example, and according to the presentation mode, presenting the field format example (S102). Further provided are an information entry guiding apparatus and device, and a computer-readable storage medium. The method can effectively improve the entry efficiency of a loan case or an insurance case, and reduce the rejection rate of the loan case or the insurance case.
