Abstract:
Provided is an information management method for an information management system which manages information which is collected over a network from a plurality of household appliances which are positioned within a household, wherein the method comprises: collecting log information from each of the plurality of household appliances within the household over the network, said log information including power usage levels of each of the plurality of household appliances; extracting power fluctuation data which represents fluctuations in the totals of the aggregated power usage levels per room within the household for each prescribed time interval; generating, on the basis of the extracted power fluctuation data, display data relating to a display screen which represents the fluctuations in the totals of the aggregated power usage levels per room within the household for each prescribed time interval; and providing the generated display data to a display terminal which a user uses.
