Abstract:
An information process method and device involving the multimode terminal that is in the isomerous network are disclosed, which are involved in communication technical field. A method includes the following steps: the network element of the first network carries indication information in the message, the indication information denotes the home subscriber server HSS to inform the isomerous network element to delete the information related to the multimode terminal; the network element of the first network transmits the message to the home subscriber server HSS. Another method includes the following steps: the HSS receives the message transmitted by the network element of the first network, if the HSS confirms that the indication information carried in the message includes the denotation that the HSS should inform the isomerous network element to delete the information related to the multimode terminal, the HSS informs the isomerous network element and the first network to delete the related information of the multimode terminal, the multimode terminal is correspond to the said message, and delete the information of the multimode terminal stored in the HSS. The above technical solutions can delete unnecessary information in time, and save the spending of the signaling.
