Abstract:
This information processing device for associating the identifiers of sensors that are installed along a route and detect an object that moves along the route and the known installation positions of the sensors: receives identifiers transmitted by detection-complete sensors that have detected the object; for a first route that is a part of the route, uses the known installation positions of the sensors to associate the identifiers with the installation positions of the detection-complete sensors in the order in which the identifiers have been received; receives, from detection-incomplete sensors that have not detected the object, reception intensity information including identifiers of the detection-incomplete sensors and the reception intensities of signals of other sensors received by the detection-incomplete sensors; and for the detection-incomplete sensors installed on a second route that is the remaining part of the route, uses the relationship between the reception intensity information and the installation positions of each sensor to associate the identifiers of the detection-incomplete sensors and the installation positions of the detection-incomplete sensors.
