Abstract:
[Problem] To solve the problem that it is impossible to estimate a user's intent on the basis of the user's operation on a web page and perform an appropriate action that corresponds to the intent. [Solution] The above problem can be solved by an information processing device 1 that comprises: a correspondence storage unit 112 in which one or more correspondence information pieces are stored that indicate correspondence between an intent identifier based on one or more operation information pieces and action information for identifying the action performed on a user's terminal device 2; a receive unit 12 for receiving one or more operation information pieces; a determination unit 132 for determining the intent identifier that corresponds to the one or more operation information pieces received by the receive unit 12; an information acquisition unit 134 for referring to the correspondence storage unit 112 and acquiring action information that corresponds to the intent identifier determined by the determination unit 132; and an action unit 135 for performing an action on the terminal device 2 corresponding to the user identifier, that is identified by the action information that the information acquisition unit 134 has acquired.
