Abstract:
The present invention achieves a configuration which enables an electronic money remittance process between user terminals. A remittance user terminal such as a smartphone of a remittance side transmits, to a management server, designation information about remittance source electronic money, a remittance destination, and a remittance. According to the remittance input from the remittance user terminal, the management server updates a balance recorded in a secure memory of the remittance user terminal to a balance obtained by subtracting the remittance and holds the remittance as intermediate money corresponding to a deposit. Furthermore, a balance, which is recorded in a secure memory of a reception user terminal specified by the remittance destination input from the remittance user terminal, is updated to a balance to which the remittance is added and a process for making a balance of the intermediate money 0 is executed to implement the remittance process between the user terminals.
